Question to the Department of Health and Social Care:
To ask the Secretary of State for Health and Social Care, what assessment he has made of the adequacy of the supply of chlordiazepoxide.

Chlordiazepoxide is available in 5 milligram and 10 milligram capsule preparations. We are aware that some suppliers of these preparations experienced disruption to supplies in November 2022. However, we can confirm that this issue has been resolved and chlordiazepoxide capsules continue to remain available from suppliers who have sufficient stock levels to cover the market.
