Housing Benefit: Cost of Living Payments

Question to the Department for Work and Pensions:
To ask the Secretary of State for Work and Pensions, how many (a) households, (b) people and (c) children living in households in receipt of housing benefit are not eligible for the first of the Cost of Living Payments 2023 to 2024.
