Question to the Department of Health and Social Care:

To ask the Secretary of State for Health and Social Care, with reference to the oral contribution of the Parliamentary Under Secretary of State for Mental Health, Inequalities and Suicide Prevention to the Health and Social Care Select Committee on 10 July 2018, what visits she has made to prison health services; and (a) when and (b) where those visits took place.

I visited HMP Chelmsford earlier this year.

I also met with providers responsible for delivering healthcare services at HMP Liverpool earlier this year.

Further visits have been scheduled for later this year.
