Question to the Cabinet Office:

To ask the Minister for the Cabinet Office, with reference to the answer to the Answer of 10 May 2002 to Question 54672, what recent guidance his Department has given to public bodies on potential embarrassment as a justifiable reason to withhold the release of material relating to the Royal Family under the Public Records Act 1958 (as amended in 1967).
