Question to the Department for Transport:

To ask the Secretary of State for Transport, when the Government plans to publish its guidance on the (a) definition and (b) role of socially necessary bus services as set out in the National Bus Strategy for England.

We plan to publish new guidance on socially and economically necessary bus services during this Parliament.
