Question to the Department for Work and Pensions:

To ask the Secretary of State for Work and Pensions, if he will take steps to gather the views of disabled jobseekers on the training provided to (i) Work Coaches and (ii) Disability Employment Advisors.

DWP continuously evaluate, impact and update the learning for Work Coaches and Disability Employment Advisors taking into account feedback through key stakeholders and Operational colleagues who interact with our customers.

All Work Coaches and Disability Employment Advisers undergo comprehensive learning to support customers with additional and/or complex needs, particularly disabilities and they continue to build on this in the workplace through accessing point of need learning products.
