Question to the Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs:
To ask the Secretary of State for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs, pursuant to the Answer of 16 May 2023 to Question 184192 on Landfill: Air Pollution, how many alerts the Environment Agency received from operators of landfill sites about failures to comply with the terms of their licence in (a) 2019, (b) 2020, (c) 2021 and (d) 2022.

Air quality alerts are sent to Environment Agency Local Operational Teams. The Environment Agency will collate the data from each area and provide a full response directly to the hon. Member’s office.
