Question to the Home Office:
To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department, what the timeframe is for the Law Enforcement Data Service to be fully operational.

Subject to the necessary funding the Law Enforcement Data Service plans to provide a minimum capability to replace its predecessor systems, the Police National Computer (PNC) and Police National Database (PND), by 2020/21.
