Question to the Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government:

To ask the Secretary of State for Housing, Communities and Local Government, what assessment he has made of the effect of inconsistency in External Wall System forms, including buildings receiving conflicting assessments, on (a) leaseholders nationally and (b) residents of the Blue Building in Portsmouth.

It has not proved possible to respond to the hon. Member in the time available before Dissolution.
