Question to the Department for Levelling Up, Housing & Communities:

To ask the Secretary of State for Housing, Communities and Local Government, with reference to his Department's consultation on powers for dealing with unauthorised development and encampments, which closed on 15 June 2018, when his Department plans to respond to that consultation.

We are working closely with the Home Office and Ministry of Justice in considering the responses to the consultation, and we will announce a way forward in due course.
