Question to the Home Office:
To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department, whether she has made an assessment of the potential merits of setting a time limit for how long asylum seekers can be housed at former Ministry of Defence sites.
This question was answered on 5th June 2023
The maximum length of stay for former Ministry of Defence Sites is currently under review. We will continually monitor those accommodated to ensure that the length of stay is appropriate for the individuals accommodated.
