To ask the Minister for Women and Equalities, how many and what proportion of adverts for jobs in the Equality Hub included a salary band in (a) 2021-22 and (b) 2022-23.

The Equality Hub manages recruitment campaigns through Civil Services Jobs and all adverts include salary band information. Salary bands are a mandatory field within the Civil Service Jobs portal for all roles. We use the Cabinet Office pay scales when advertising roles.
