Question to the Home Office:

To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department, with reference to the Serious and Organised Crime Strategy, published on 1 November 2018, whether he plans to publish the key performance indicators for that strategy.

The Government included in the published Serious and Organised Crime Strategy (CM9718) a series of success measures relating to the four overarching objectives that will be used to assess the impact of the new strategy (see pages 37, 47, 51, 57, 60 and 61).

The success measures will draw on information that is published routinely within, for example, the National Crime Agency’s (NCA) National Strategic Assessment of Serious and Organised Crime, HMICFRS PEEL effectiveness assessments of police forces in England and Wales, and the annual departmental reports for the Home Office and for the NCA.
