To ask the Secretary of State for Health and Social Care, which Minister in his Department has responsibility for the Agenda for Change lump sum payment uplift to providers.

My rt. Hon. Friend, the Secretary of State for Health and Social Care, has overall responsibility for all departmental business, including the implementation of National Health Service pay awards.
