Question to the Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government:

To ask the Secretary of State for Levelling Up, Housing and Communities, how much funding was allocated by his Department to Solihull Council for cold weather payments in the (a) 2022-23 and (b) 2023-24 financial years.

The Rough Sleeping Initiative (RSI) 2022-25 is investing up to £500m in funding to 303 local authorities across England, spanning a 3-year period from April 2022 to March 2025. The multi-year funding provides local authorities the resources to offer accommodation, support, and a route off the streets for people sleeping rough all year round.
