Question to the Department for Transport:

To ask the Secretary of State for Transport, what data his Department holds on recorded safety incidents occurring on the rail network involving subcontracted workers during control period 6.

My Department does not gather or hold data on safety incidents that have occurred on the rail network involving sub-contracted workers. The Rail Safety and Standards Board (RSSB) record this data for the mainline railway in Great Britain via its Safety Management Intelligence System.
