Question to the Department for Energy Security & Net Zero:

To ask the Secretary of State for Energy Security and Net Zero, what assessment his Department has made of the effectiveness of the Heat Networks Investment Project grant.

The Department has commissioned Risk Solutions, in conjunction with the Tavistock Institute of Human Relations, to carry out an independent evaluation of the Heat Networks Investment Project. The final report is expected to be published later in the summer.
