Question to the Home Office:

To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department, whether her Department is taking steps to prevent people who have been found to have used quad bikes illegally from purchasing another quad bike.

The licensing and regulatory framework for quad bikes and other forms of transport is a matter for the Department for Transport.

The Home Office does not have a role in relation to the buying and selling of privately owned vehicles such as quad bikes.
