Question to the Ministry of Defence:
To ask the Secretary of State for Defence, with reference to page 48 of his Department's Defence Investment Plan, published 30 June 2026, when the six Space Squadrons will be fully manned and operational.

UK Space Command is undertaking detailed planning to establish the new Space Squadrons, including defining capability requirements and developing the structures necessary to support their delivery.
Work is ongoing to determine the workforce, infrastructure and resources required to bring these capabilities into service, and the Ministry of Defence will provide further updates as this work progresses.
