Renewable Energy: Feed-in Tariffs

Question to the Department for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy:
To ask the Secretary of State for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy, what assessment he has made of the implications for his policy on the future of the feed-in tariff scheme of the UK’s obligations under article 21 of the EU Renewable Energy Directive II.

The Government is currently considering responses to the recent Call for Evidence on small-scale low-carbon generation, and the Consultation proposing to close the Feed-in Tariffs (FIT) scheme.
