The findings of our International Humanitarian Law assessments are confidential. They have, however, led us to conclude that Israel is not committed to comply with International Humanitarian Law in Gaza. We have, therefore, suspended or refused export licences for items that may be used by the Israel Defence Forces in Gaza. These suspensions remain fully in place.
