Question to the Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government:
To ask the Secretary of State for Levelling Up, Housing and Communities, if he will publish the names of companies that have not complied with measures contained in the Building Safety Act 2022 with regard to remediating historical building safety defects.
This question was answered on 5th July 2023
Once the Building Safety (Responsible Actors Scheme and Prohibitions) Regulations 2023 are in force, the Secretary of State will prepare, maintain and publish a list of any persons who are subject to the prohibitions set out in those regulations.
