To ask the Secretary of State for Energy Security and Net Zero, what recent estimate he has made of the effect on carbon emissions of the Industrial Energy Transformation Fund up to 4 July 2023.

Deployment projects supported by the Industrial Energy Transformation Fund (IETF) will begin delivering energy and carbon emissions savings by 2027.
