Since My Planned Care was launched in February 2022, there have been 1.1 million unique users who have used the patient platform. Since February 2022 there have been 7.56 million page hits within My Planned Care on the provider pages, which includes both waiting time and health advice. We do not have information available across England on the number of patients who have chosen to move provider to receive earlier treatment. There are a number of approaches to managing this process, which are overseen by integrated care boards.
