To ask the Secretary of State for Defence, what steps his Department is taking to reduce the number of empty Annington Property Limited dwellings.

The Ministry of Defence has a programme in place to reduce the number of vacant Annington Homes properties. This is being achieved through a combination of sub-letting to the general public, and by returning surplus properties for which there is no long-term Defence requirement.
