Question to the Department for Transport:

To ask the Secretary of State for Transport, if he will make an estimate of the number and proportion of passengers who use rail ticket offices.

In 2022/23, around one in 10 transactions occurred at a ticket office, this is down from around one in three a decade earlier and equates to 13 per cent of total revenue.
