Question to the Department of Health and Social Care:
To ask the Secretary of State for Health and Social Care, pursuant to the Answer of 15 June 2023 to Question 182351 on Agency Nurses: Expenditure, what recent estimate he has made of when the expenditure on off-framework NHS agency staff will be validated.

Due to local audit processes which are variable and not within the control of NHS England, we cannot currently confirm the date when off-framework spend for 2022/23 will be finalised and publicly available.
