Question to the Department for Energy Security & Net Zero:

To ask the Secretary of State for Energy Security and Net Zero, what information her Department holds on the number of businesses certified to perform home retrofits in each of the last five years.

As of 4 July 2023, there were 2,082 businesses registered with TrustMark that met the requirements to take part in Government retrofit schemes. This has increased from around 455 in summer 2020. There will be a higher number of businesses operating in the wider market.
