We have no current plans to make such an assessment. The Patient Advice and Liaison Service available in most hospitals can provide assistance to those wishing to raise a complaint. The independent National Health Service complaints advocacy service also supports those raising a complaint about their NHS care or treatment. The Parliamentary and Health Service Ombudsman provides online guidance and support, including a helpline.
