To ask the Secretary of State for Health, pursuant to the Answer of 7 April 2014, Official Report, column 44W, on medical records: databases, to which new legislation under consideration by Parliament that Answer refers.

The new legislation under consideration by Parliament that the answer of 7 April refers to is the Health and Care Bill currently being considered by Parliament. It was last debated in the House of Commons on 11 March.
