Question to the Department for Business and Trade:
To ask the Secretary of State for Business and Trade, what steps their Department is taking to improve the response time to FOI requests.

The Department for Business and Trade (DBT) was established on 7 February 2023 and took responsibility for processing Freedom of Information Requests from legacy departments from 1 July 2023.
FOI statistics on departmental compliance will be available from late Autumn for the period of July-September https://www.gov.uk/government/collections/government-foi-statistics
