Question to the Department for Work and Pensions:

To ask the Secretary of State for Work and Pensions, what steps he taking to ensure disabled claimants eligible for the In-Work Progression Offer are not obliged to increase their hours where could impact their ability to manage their condition or ability to stay in employment.

Universal Credit Claimants with health conditions or disabilities that do not impact their ability to undertake work and who are eligible for In Work Progression will have their claimant commitment tailored to their personal circumstances, taking into consideration any health conditions or caring responsibilities they may have.
