Question to the HM Treasury:

To ask the Chancellor of the Exchequer, which companies his Department has used to conduct (a) focus groups, (b) online, (c) telephone and (d) face-to-face opinion polling to inform his Department’s policy-making process between the dates of 1 August 2022 and 4 September 2023; and whether contracts to carry out such work were (i) tendered and (ii) agreed by his Department.
