Question to the Department for Energy Security & Net Zero:
To ask the Secretary of State for Energy Security and Net Zero, what the average response time to subject access requests was by their Department in the latest period for which data is available; and if they will make an assessment of the adequacy of that response time.

The average response time to subject access requests received by the Department for Energy Security and Net Zero for the latest reporting period, 01 June 2023 to 31 August 2023, is 5 working days. All subject access requests were processed within the statutory deadline of within one month of receipt of the request.
