Question to the Department of Health and Social Care:
To ask the Secretary of State for Health and Social Care, what recent assessment he has made of the effect of clinical supervision on levels of safe clinical practice.

No assessment has been made. Individual employers are responsible for ensuring their staff are trained and competent to deliver safe and effective patient care.
