Our concerns are highlighted in the Foreign and Commonwealth Office's Annual Report on Human Rights and Democracy (www.hrdreport.fco.gov.uk), the latest edition of which was published on 10 April. We last raised Tibet at the UK-China Human Rights Dialogue on 20 May, where we covered concerns about ethnic minority rights, as well as the criminalisation of self immolation.
