Question to the Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office:
To ask the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs, what steps he is taking to strengthen the UK's relationship with the US Administration.

The UK has a special and enduring relationship with the US based on our long history and commitment to shared values and that will continue to be the case. Our close bilateral partnership means we do more together than any other two countries. The recent appointment of the new UK Ambassador to the US will help to identify new opportunities and further strengthen the special relationship between our two countries.
