Question to the Department for Education:

To ask the Secretary of State for Education, whether capital costs for the remediation of reinforced autoclaved aerated concrete in schools will apply to agencies which are not the responsible bodies for schools within their area.

It has not proved possible to respond to the hon. Member in the time available before Prorogation.
