Two official sensitive documents are recorded as having been lost by the Office of the Secretary of State for Scotland since 8 May 2015. These documents were in paper format and contained information relating to energy resilience, and contained no personal data.

All losses are assessed and responded to individually and on a case-by-case basis with all possible mitigating actions being taken and in full compliance of our legal and other responsibilities.
