Question to the Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government:

To ask the Secretary of State for Housing, Communities and Local Government, pursuant to the answer of 24 June 2026 to Question 10162, for what reason the Facility Agreement was released under the Freedom of Information Act.

The Facility Agreement was released as the relevant sensitivities had reduced over time, and disclosure supported transparency around departmental oversight of the Housing Fund.
