Question to the Department for Education:

To ask the Secretary of State for Education, whether she has made a recent assessment of the adequacy of regulations on the minimum size of indoor spaces for the (a) teaching and (b) performance of (i) music, (ii) drama and (iii) sport in schools; and if she will make a statement.

It has not proved possible to respond to the hon. Member in the time available before Prorogation.
