Question to the HM Treasury:

To ask Mr Chancellor of the Exchequer, if he will make it his policy that public sector organisations should not be allowed to be associated with tax avoidance schemes.

'Managing Public Money', is published by HM Treasury and provides advice and guidance to central government on the use of public funds. It confirms that public sector organisations should not engage in tax evasion, or tax avoidance.
