Question to the Department of Health and Social Care:
To ask the Secretary of State for Health and Social Care, how many and what proportion of NHS hospitals (a) provide and (b) do not provide same-day emergency care services.
This question was answered on 24th October 2023
NHS England advise that 173 out of 175 hospital sites, or 99%, provide Same Day Emergency Care services.
