To ask the Secretary of State for Energy and Climate Change, what discussions he has had with RWE and SSE concerning a replacement partner for the development of the Galloper offshore wind farm project.

I have not held discussions with RWE or SSE on this issue because this is a commercial matter for the parties concerned.
