Question to the Home Office:
To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department, whether she plans to amend the Interception of Communications Code of Practice to include provisions for identifying and reporting interception errors.
This question was answered on 3rd July 2014
We will respond to the Interception of Communications Commissioner's report in
due course.
