To ask the Secretary of State for Business, Innovation and Skills, how many start-up loans have been granted to businesses in (a) Harrogate and Knaresborough constituency, (b) North Yorkshire and (c) the North of England in each of the last five years.

The Start Up Loans programme commenced in 2012.
