Question to the Department for International Development:

To ask the Secretary of State for International Development, what discussions she has had with her Egyptian counterpart on structural reform in Egypt to improve employment opportunities.

UK officials recently met the Egyptian Finance Minister, who outlined his plans for structural economic reform. The UK supports these reforms, and is providing technical advice through the World Bank to tackle some of these challenges.
