Question to the Department of Health and Social Care:
To ask the Secretary of State for Health and Social Care, how many diagnostic tests that had to be repeated in each of the last 12 months.

The data requested is not routinely reported by NHS England. NHS England is not currently able to differentiate between the repetition of tests for monitoring purposes, and the repeating of initial diagnostic tests.
