Parking: Fines

Question to the Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government:

To ask the Secretary of State for Housing, Communities and Local Government, whether his Department has collected data on (a) the level of fines that have been levied by private car park operators, (b) the number of private car parking fine appeals that have been heard and (c) the proportion of those appeals that have been successful in each of the last five years.
