Question to the Department of Health and Social Care:
To ask the Secretary of State for Health, how much Monitor (a) spent in 2013-14 and (b) plans to spend in 2014-15 on the enforcement of the licence conditions relating to choice and competition as set out in section 3 of the NHS Provider Licence Standard Conditions.
